PROJECT DESCRIPTION: WHJ was retained to create a site Master Plan for the 30-acre site owned by the City of Irving. Six buildings were designed for this site, meeting the Master Plan and Program requirements including:
1. Water and Street Departments Administration Building (49,200 sf) Includes Classrooms and Training Areas
2. Material Storage (30,000 sf)
3. Maintenance and Shop Building that includes Water Quality Testing Labs (22,600 sf)
4. Warehouse Building (25,000 sf)
5. Police Auto Impound that includes Secure Storage, Work Bays, Public Reception and Administration Offices (5,000 sf)
6. Vehicle Wash Facility
