PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is a new City Government Center for the City of Cedar Hill and was designed to establish a new image for the City. Facility contains all City functions, including City Hall, Police, Municipal Court, Administration, Finance, Engineering, Parks and Council Chambers. Phase I of the Police Department is 30,000 square-feet, and is designed for future expansion. The Council Chambers are utilized for recurring meetings by City Council, Parks Commission, the Cedar Hill ISD and Planning Zoning departments. As Architect of Record, Wiginton Hooker Jeffry Architects collaborated with Holzman Moss Architecture on this design..
