PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project was the conversion of an existing Safeway grocery store building. Services included a needs analysis and facilities program for the jail, Sheriff’s department and justices of the peace. Project included remodeling of the grocery store for the district courts, a district attorney, a district clerk, Justice of the Peace and County Sheriff's department. Project also included an addition to the existing structure of a 70 bed jail. Project contains 31,000 s.f.
